On behalf of our local, partner, and community developers, we are proud to announce the general availability of OpenCPI v2.4.3.
This is a patch release meant to fix bugs known to exist in v2.4.0. Other remaining bugs will be addressed in subsequent v2.4.x patch releases,
and enhancements (if any) will be geared towards content already present in 2.4.0.

v2.4.3 highlights include:
(1) Updates to our tutorials to match the current functionality of the 2.4.x line of OpenCPI.
(2) Backported DGRDMA/Ethernet support.
(3) Timegate fixes.
(4) X310 support.
(5) Additional document fixes and enhancements.
(6) Additional GUI fixes and enhancements.

Please also be aware of the following known issues:
(1) Ubuntu users wishing to use the "xsim" platform are advised to install and use Vivado 2021.2.  Installing the "xsim" platform using Vivado 2019.2 will fail, and there might well be other problems associated with using the 2019.2 tools.
(2) If using an Ubuntu container, the same logic applies and users are advised to have the 2021.2 tools installed.
(3) .bitz files are missing when generating content for OSP SD cards. The recommended workarouns is to
manually create the platform folder under the opencpi folder in the sdcard folder and copy on the respective testbias *.bitz file before inserting
     the SDCARD into the platform.

As always, we encourage you to bring other outstanding problems to our attention and appreciate user feedback.
Respectfully,
Marisol
