Training documentation updates

I know the team is in the process of updating the training for v1.4, so I
thought I'd pass along a couple suggestions for documentation updates.

Lab 3 Page 24: "target-linux-c7-x86_64" should be "target-centos7"
Lab 3 Page 27: "target-linux-x13_3-arm" should be "target-xilinx13_3"
Lab 4 Page 9: "RccCustomLibs_centos7" should be set to
"/opt/opencpi/cdk/centos7/lib/libliquid.a"
Lab 4 Page 9: "RccCustomLibs_xilinx13_3" should be set to
"/opt/opencpi/cdk/xilinx13_3/lib/libliquid.a"
Lab 6 Page 15: Add a note that the command line method requires a
"ocpidev clean" first before building
ZedBoard Getting Started Guide 10.1 Network Mode: "$ cd
/mnt/card/opencpi/applications" should be "$ cd
/mnt/opencpi_assets/applications"
